The Quilter's Apprentice, Round Robin and Cross-Country Quilters.   A rich, vibrant novel by a talented new writer.    Jennifer Chiaverini has crafted a beautiful, moving novel with The Quilter's Apprentice. Like the quilts and settings she describes, this is a rich, involving story, full of memorable characters - especially master quilter Sylivia Compson. As seen through her eyes during a series of stories told to young Sarah McClure, Sylvia's family becomes remarkably and sometimes heartbreakingly real. You will care about the lives of these characters. An enjoyable, satisfying book from beginning to end. The sequel is Round Robin, fleshing out the lives of the characters and leaving you anxious for the next book in the series, the Cross-Country Quilters.  Visit the website for more information, including scheduled guest appearances.
