Crazy Quilters of Foster. We are a very small group of fun and slightly quirky women who meet every Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the community room of Hemlock Village. No dues. We talk about life and about quilting, bring projects to work on or show-and-tell, and make occasional field trips together. Blackstone Valley Piecemakers We have about 35 members with various skill levels who pay annual dues of $25. We meet the first and third Wednesday of the month September through June nightly at Slatersville Congregational Church 25 Greene St, Slatersville, RI. There are Fat Quarters of the month, Block of the month, monthly raffles and of course show and tell. We support many charities with several size quilts. The Industrial Revolution Quilt Guild a Slater Mill Community Guild Partner. We currently have about 35 members who pay $25 a year in dues. Our monthly meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm at The Historic Slater Mill in Pawtucket. We have monthly meeting programs, show and tell and block of the month and fat quarter drawings, and make many quilts for charity. Quilters by the Sea. We have about 100 members who meet at 7 PM on the first Thursday of the month, September to June, in the parish hall of St. Barnabas Church. New members are welcome. Dues are $25/year, guest fee is $5. Programs often include guest speakers and workshops. Our biannual quilt show is held in even years.
Ninigret Quilters. Fun group of about 100 members who pay $20 per year for dues. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7pm at the Westerly Senior Citizen Center in Westerly, RI.
