Autumn Inspirations Quilt Show in Schenectady NY

The Quilter’s United in Learning Together of Schenectady (QUILTS) quilt guild will host their 18th biennial Autumn Inspirations Quilt Show. Hours are Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4. Hundreds of quilts made by members will be on display. In addition, there will be vendors, demonstrations, charity quilt displays, a boutique, a raffle quilt, and door prizes. Partial proceeds benefit Northern Rivers Family Services.

Quilters United in Learning Together, Schenectady (Q.U.I.L.T.S.) is a group of avid quilters who enjoys the design, color, artistry, and craft of making quilts. The Guild was formed in 1980 and has approximately 120 active members living in Schenectady, Saratoga, Albany, and surrounding communities. The range of quilting experience in our membership varies from beginner to expert.
Some of our members are very experienced and have taught classes and published articles and patterns. Several members have had their quilts shown on local, national, and international levels. Many of our members are beginners, who joined the guild to learn how to make quilts. No matter what the experience level, there is always something to be learned and everyone has something to share. Q.U.I.L.T.S. members meet to learn, laugh and enjoy the quilting experience with others.
