Watson
Watson Quilt Guild. We are about 25 members strong in the heart of prairies in central Saskatchewan. We meet once a month for a meeting and (optionally) once a month for a sewing day at our local Legion. We come from Watson and all the small towns that surround it, none larger than about 700 people. We have a fat quarter draw, a name tag draw, and a Block of the Month draw at each meeting. Members always bring projects to show and someone usually demonstrates a new pattern or notion. Our members complete several quilts per season that are always donated to a chosen cause and gifted as emergency situations arise. Pre-covid, we enjoyed a social coffee break at each meeting and usually two potlucks per season. We host a quilt show every other Spring, and try to host member retreats, classes, and road trips periodically! We have gone on shop hops or taken a bus to a large quilt show.

We pay $30 per season, which starts in September and ends in June. If you live nearby and are interested in joining, contact the Watson Town Office for current contact information.
